To make these fun and festive fourth of July strawberries:
- wash and thoroughly dry strawberries
- prep a sheet pan by lining it with wax paper
- pour blue sanding sugar into a small bowl
- melt white chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring in between.
- dip 2/3 of the strawberry into white chocolate and then the tip into the blue sugar
- place on the wax paper sheet to cool
- put the dipped-berries into mini cupcake wrappers to serve
